With a background in mechanical engineering and an MBA, he has worked for blue-chip companies like Sasol and Unilever. He also founded and led an engineering business that grew to employ over 150 people through sheer determination and hard work. My keynotes and masterclasses draw from these first-hand experiences as both an entrepreneur and a corporate executive.

In addition to his entrepreneurial ventures, he serves as a corporate executive and non-executive director for various organisations.
